Elections BC Rules: No corporate or union donations can be accepted. Donors must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents. Donations over $100 are disclosed publicly after the election as part of the financial disclosure process. Donations of $99 and under do not have donor information disclosed to the public, although your name and address must be recorded for Elections BC records.
The maximum individual donation is $1,200.
